What we build

Three ways to build. One team behind all of them.

Most engagements start with a plan and grow into automations, internal tools, and apps that share the same data. We design and build every layer in-house.

01Finance & operations teams

Invoice-to-ledger automation

Before
Invoices arrive by email and get keyed into accounting by hand.
After
Invoices are read, matched to purchase orders, and posted automatically. Only exceptions reach a person, with context attached.
  • LLM extraction
  • Accounting API
  • Slack
02Multi-location service businesses

Operations console

Before
Customer, job, and billing data spread across spreadsheets and inboxes.
After
One database with role-based views, a full audit trail, and reports that update themselves.
  • PostgreSQL
  • Next.js
  • Role-based access
03Agencies and service providers

Client portal & mobile app

Before
Status updates, approvals, and payments chased over email.
After
Clients request work, approve quotes, and pay in one branded app. Your team sees everything in the console.
  • React Native
  • Next.js
  • Stripe
04Customer-facing teams

Support assistant on your docs

Before
The same questions answered by hand, dozens of times a day.

How we work

Working software every week, from the first month.

A short discovery, a prototype your team can touch, then production releases in weekly increments.

  1. 011–2 weeks

    Discover

We map your workflows, systems, and data, and agree on what success looks like.

    Roadmap & scope

  2. 021–2 weeks

    Prototype

A working prototype of the highest-impact piece, tested with the people who will use it.

    Validated prototype

  3. 033–8 weeks

    Build

Production build in weekly increments. You see working software every week.

Ways to work together

Start small. Scale when it's working.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted after a free discovery call, with a written plan before any work begins.

Roadmap Sprint

1–2 weeks

A fixed-scope first step.

Best for: Teams that know something's slowing them down, but not what to build first.

  • Workflow & systems audit
  • Prioritized roadmap with effort estimates
  • Build-vs-buy recommendations
  • Readout with your leadership
Most common

Build Project

4–10 weeks

A defined system, delivered end to end.

Best for: A clear problem: an automation, an internal tool, or an app.

  • Design, build, and QA
  • Weekly demos and a shared channel
  • Deployment to your accounts
  • Documentation & team training

Ongoing Partner

Monthly

A standing team for continuous improvement.

Best for: Companies with a pipeline of automations and tools to build.

  • Monthly capacity, reprioritized as needed
  • Monitoring and maintenance
  • New automations every cycle
  • Quarterly roadmap reviews

Integrations

Connects to what you already use.

We integrate with the tools your team runs on today, and build custom connectors when there isn't an off-the-shelf one.

CRM & sales

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Pipedrive

Finance

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Stripe

Communication

  • Slack
  • Gmail & Outlook
  • Twilio

Docs & data

  • Google Sheets
  • Airtable
  • Notion

Databases

  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • MySQL

AI models

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google Gemini
Anything with an API, a database, or an export: custom connectors are part of the build.

Ownership & security

Built to be handed over, not held hostage.

You own everything

Code, data, and IP live in your accounts and repositories from day one.

Security by default

Least-privilege access, credentials in a secrets manager, and AI providers configured for minimal data retention.

NDA before kickoff

A confidentiality agreement is signed before we see a single spreadsheet.

Documented handoff

Architecture notes, runbooks, and recorded walkthroughs so any developer can take over.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses and operations teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, manual handoffs, or off-the-shelf tools. Industry matters less than having a clear bottleneck worth fixing.

How is pricing structured?

Roadmap sprints are fixed-scope. Build projects are quoted per project after discovery. Ongoing partnerships are a monthly engagement. You get a written scope and quote before any work starts.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Code, data, and IP live in your accounts from day one, and everything is documented for handoff.

What do you need from our team?

A point person, access to the systems involved, and about an hour a week for demos and feedback.

Can you work alongside our developers or IT?

Yes. We often extend an internal team: we follow your conventions, work in your repositories, and document as we go.

What happens after launch?

We monitor, fix, and improve. Some clients continue with an ongoing partnership; others take it in-house with our documentation and training.
